You can complete the eligibility check and consultation online from home. Because your treatment is collected in person (we don't deliver), you'll then visit our Basingstoke pharmacy to pick it up — and you're always welcome to pop in for advice.

Do you deliver treatment, or do I collect it from the pharmacy?

You collect it in person from our GPhC-registered Basingstoke pharmacy — we don't post or deliver medication. Collecting in person means our pharmacist can check your treatment, show you how to use it, and answer any questions face to face.
